Early Payment Discount

Award details and eligibility

Applies once a Home (Poland)/EU applicant has received an unconditional academic offer or once an International (Overseas) applicant has received a conditional academic offer. Only applies once a student has accepted their offer, on a full-time undergraduate taught degree course. To be eligible an applicant’s tuition fee as outlined in their offer letter (minus the 10% Early Payment Discount), must be cleared funds in full in our account within 21 days of an applicant accepting their offer. Acceptance of an offer is expressed by emailing wroclawapplications@coventry.ac.uk.

Terms and conditions

• All scholarships and discounts will be applied after enrolment.
• The scholarship/discount is only available to Coventry University Wrocław applicants.
• The scholarship/discount is only available for full-time undergraduate (including top-ups) degrees.
• The scholarship/discount are only available to self-funded students; sponsored students are not eligible.
• The scholarship/discount will be awarded at the entire discretion of Coventry University.
• Students sponsored with the War Refugee scholarship are not eligible.
• The scholarship/discount requires a full payment by the deadline given above.
• The scholarship/discount outlined is not open to applicants to CU Coventry, CU Scarborough, CU London, Coventry University, Coventry University London, Coventry University Online or to our International Pathways Programme.
• The University's decision on the interpretation of eligibility criteria is final and there is no right of appeal. You must comply with all requests for additional information to establish your eligibility in the timeframes specified and you must provide any proofs requested by the stated deadlines in your offer letter.
• The University reserves the right to withdraw the discount from anyone who is found to have misled the University about any aspect of their eligibility and to seek repayment of any monies already paid by appropriate means.
• The University reserves the right to withdraw the discount from anyone in case of disciplinary action against a discount-holder and to seek repayment of any monies already paid by appropriate means. Cases will be considered on an individual basis by the University.
• The University reserves the right to amend or withdraw the discount should a student defer their course. If a deferral occurs, the criteria on re-enrolment will apply.
• There is no right of appeal against the University's decision in relation to your eligibility for the discount. You may make a complaint if you believe that you have not been considered for the discount because of a procedural error.
• The University reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scholarship/discount at any time.
