Event details

Join us for a dynamic, day-long event uniting leaders and practitioners from the creative and technology sectors to hear findings from our project and engage in thought-provoking panel discussions, showcases, and valuable networking opportunities.

This event is for people working across cultural and creative industries, technology, inclusion and innovation. We’re inviting also professionals from other sectors who are interested in applying our findings to foster more inclusive environments in their settings.

The Inclusive Immersive project led by Coventry University in collaboration with Open Theatre, Ashley James Brown, and Hollywood Gaming, with funding from Arts Council England, brings together young adults and students with a range of complex learning needs. They have spent time working alongside leading artists and developers to explore a range of new technologies.

By fostering collaboration between creative, technology and business sectors, the project has provided valuable insights into building inclusive, sustainable ecosystems that drive innovation and create new opportunities for cross-sector partnerships. This approach demonstrates the broader impact of inclusivity in shaping future talent pipelines and advancing innovation models.
