Exploring similarities and differences in men and women’s expectations and experiences of jewellery work.
The proposed project brings together scholars from Centre for Agroecology, Water and Resilience (CAWR) at Coventry University (CU) and Department of Animal Sciences (DoAS) at Stellenbosch University (SU) as part of a knowledge exchange around action based research approaches that can be applied in exploring local institutions and livelihoods of communal livestock farmers in South Africa.
Thailand is the world’s largest producer of edible insects, supplying into domestic and regional markets. This research will underpin the development of a roadmap to overcome barriers and which will enable Thailand's edible insect industry to achieve export readiness.
This project accelerates development of technologies that deliver zero tailpipe emissions, saving 43million tonnes of CO2, while also unlocking £53m of UK investment (6x ROI) and creating 114 jobs.
