Disability, Neurodiversity, and Remote E-working: Promoting the creation of an inclusive workplace (Remote for All)
Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) often face ongoing silencing, stigma, and isolation, with limited opportunities to safely share their experiences or connect with others. The UpFront Survivors partnership was launched in 2022 to address this gap by creating a national, survivor-led, creative arts-based community service designed by, with, and for survivors.
West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) NHS Foundation Trust successfully recruited 10% of their applicants from black and minority ethnic groups in 2011–2012 but this fell to around 3% in 2012–2013, then rose from 6.0% in 2019 to 9.8% in 2020.
This is a pedagogical focused project developing educational and vocational materials for people co-creating in wellbeing settings.
