Log in to your UCAS Hub to accept your offer.
Applied through an agent?
Contact your agent - they can accept your offer on your behalf through our Partner Portal.
Types of offer
Unconditional offer
you do not have any outstanding conditions and can move to Step 2: Pay your deposit.
Conditional offer
you need to meet one or more conditions before your place can be confirmed.
Alternative offer
we’d still love you to study with us, but we think another option may be better suited to you. We’d be happy to talk you through your alternative offer.

Deadlines
Find your decision deadline in the Applicant Portal or on your offer letter.
If you applied through UCAS, find your deadline on UCAS Hub.
Try to accept your offer as early as possible so you can start to plan your accommodation and enrolment. If you still have outstanding conditions by the deadline, you can defer to the next available intake to allow yourself more time.
3. Apply for a visa
If you have applied through an agent, please speak to them directly for support with applying for a visa. Provide updates on your visa application on CAS Shield and upload a copy of your visa once granted or your visa refusal for our records.

What do I need to apply for a visa?
A current email address
Applied through an agent? Make sure we have your personal email address, not your agent’s. If you change your email address at any point, please inform us and update your UKVI account..
An accepted and confirmed offer
All offer conditions must be met.
A paid deposit
This is required so we can issue your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) (Step 2: Pay your deposit).
Complete every section of CAS Shield
You’ll receive an email with a link to CAS Shield, our online portal, which needs to be completed before we can issue a CAS.
Check your CAS letter
All details in your CAS letter must match the information you provide in your visa application. Please check it carefully and make sure that all the information is correct.

When should I apply?
Apply up to six months before the start of your course
please note that you won’t be issued your documents until three months before.
Processing can take up to 15 working days (sometimes longer)
so please make sure you leave enough time to apply and finalise your travel arrangements to the UK. Remember, you must ensure you arrive by the enrolment deadline specified on your CAS letter.
Not enough time?
You can defer to the next available intake if necessary.
Do I need a credibility interview?
Credibility interviews were introduced by UK Visas & Immigration to check that a student’s intentions to study in the UK are genuine. Read more about the credibility interview.
You may be asked to attend a credibility interview as part of your visa application. If required, you will receive an email inviting you to your interview on CAS Shield.
The outcome is usually communicated by email within seven working days.
4. Book your accommodation
You need to arrange your accommodation before you arrive in the UK.
Depending on location, our accommodation includes university halls of residence with a variety of room types, all on or near to campus. There are also private rented accommodation options.
Remember: check the distance and travel time to campus before choosing your accommodation.
